Hill View Farmhouse sleeps up to 20 guests in five spacious bedrooms all with flat screen TVs . One of the bedrooms is downstairs making it ideal for a guest with limited move-ability There is excellent off Rd parking for all guests arriving in their own cars. We are more than happy to recommend caterers, beauticians etc.
Kitchen/Lounge
The kitchen/lounge is open plan 40ft in length. This room contains a wood burner. The kitchen over looks the patio and towards views over open countryside.
There is dinning tables and chairs for all 20 guests. There is a break fast bar which looks towards the log burner and lounge seating. The lounge contains sofas from multi York. This rooms offers the opportunity for all guests to socialise and party together.
Kitchen facilities include:
- Range master cooker.
- American Fridge / Freezer
- Additional Free standing fridge in utility room.
- Belfast sink.
- Microwave.
- High chair.
The sleeping arrangements are as follows….
Bedroom 1
Has 1 kingsize bed plus 3 single beds there is also space for a a fold out bed.
Adjacent to this bedroom is a shower room etc.
Bedroom 2
1 king size bed plus 2 single beds – this bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and space for 1 fold out bed.
Bedroom 3
1 double bed.
Bedroom 4
large king size bed plus 1 single bed.
Bedroom 5
1 king size bed plus 1 double bed plus 1 single bed.
There is another bathroom in between these bedrooms.
Bathrooms
- One En suite
- One bathroom with roll top bath with mixer shower
- One downstairs toilet with shower.
Outside
The large hot tub is situated on the patio terrace overlooking the paddock to the front and far reaching country side views.
The patio terrace seats up to 2O guests and has subdued night lighting and top of the range barbecue facilities…..its and ideal spot for alfresco dining. There are Sun loungers, picnic tables and outside umbrellas
In front of the patio is a table tennis table
There is a rear garden with secure fencing.
Parking is available for up to 15 cars.
